Part 2: The Limo Driver



[NOTE: In Part I of Debunking Larry Sinclair: Sinclair Allegations Based on Time Travel, DBKP looked at "why" Sinclair claimed he made the decision to "come forth" with his allegations against Senator Obama. Part II looks at Sinclair's story: "how" he allegedly met the then-State Representative in November of 1999.]

We've decided to focus primarily on the "chief witness", the man Sinclair claims was a "personal friend" of Obama's, who fears "coming forward", that he and his family will face the "wrath of Obama": the purported limo driver.



The driver actually "drives" Sinclair's story, as Sinclair has made him into a pivotal character. This man--who allegedly was a "personal" friend of Obama's and who arranged an "introduction" between the two--had the birds-eye view of the alleged tryst involving illicit sex and illegal drugs. The driver has become the mysterious "witness" who has yet to "come forth" to corroborate Sinclair's claims.

We've based our observations on information supplied by Sinclair himself, from interviews he's given on talk shows and Sinclair's blog's, LarrySinclair0926.com and LarrySinclair.org.

"I had no idea he (Obama) was in politics. I was introduced to Senator Obama by my limo driver who I had on an earlier occasion."

Sinclair's first talk show interview occurred six days after he posted his original video on Youtube. It was during this interview on the Jeff Rense Show that Sinclair began to "flesh out" his story: we first learned, according to Sinclair, the limo driver was a "personal friend" of Obama, who also "introduced" Sinclair to the then-Illinois State Representative.

Sinclair also named the limo service:

"When I was referring to my limo, I was referring to a limousine service out of Chicago area, which is Five Star Limousine service."

Five Star Limo is no longer in business. According to the site, CyberDrive Illinois, the company was dissolved 9-01-2000. The owner is listed as Rashpal Multani. This info is posted on Sinclair's site, LarrySinclair.org.

"I had hired the limo for three nights during that trip."

Sinclair claimed he was in Chicago to attend the graduation of a godson at a local Naval Academy. Sinclair stated on the Jim Sumpter Show that he had the "same" limo driver "on all three occasions" during his visit to Chicago:

"I had the same limo driver on all three occasions (nights). I had already informed the service, as well as the driver, that I wanted him to be the driver on Saturday."

The night before Sinclair "met" Obama, Sinclair claimed he hired the limo service in order to squire around guests-- the godson and relatives from the Naval graduation.

"I took out ... the graduate and some of his friends along with his aunt and his grandmother, the day of the graduation which was the 5th of November. I had intended... I actually extended my stay in Chicago, which the Choice Hotels confirmed the extension of my reservation there. I had extended my stay by two days."

During an earlier interview on the Jeff Rense Show on January 23, Sinclair stated a different version of how many limo drivers he had:

"I had told the driver about the incident, the incident before, when I had hired the company to take me out with my godson that I was going to spend another night out, that I wanted to meet people around Chicago. I wanted to know something about Chicago."

The "Introduction"

Sinclair continually refined the story of his introduction in various interviews.

"The limo driver had called him (Obama) and told him to meet us there. Like I said, when we got there and the driver opened the door, that's when the driver had introduced Obama to me."

"The way I understand it from the introduction, and from my conversation with the driver, was that he was introducing me to a friend of his. He was not introducing me to someone of power, he was introducing me to a personal friend of his."

"I was introduced to Mr. Obama when I got out of the limo.. by the driver. Apparently they were friends."

"As for as what motivated him (limo driver) to introduce me to Barack, that's something you're going to have to ask him and I assure you that in the very near future, people will be able to ask the driver."

"When I get down to Rush Street, the limo stops, the driver opens the rear door on the driver's side and as he opens the door, I notice there's a gentleman standing next to him and I'm introduced to him as Barack Obama."

Sinclair claimed that he and Obama met at an "upscale lounge" where the two had drinks and a casual conversation that led to drugs and sex in the back of Sinclair's rented limo. Sinclair also claimed he couldn't remember the name of the lounge:

"I really can't and I'll tell you why: I can't because I'm almost 90% sure I remember the name but I can't be 100% sure and I'm waiting on some credit card statements from Citigroup on my credit card that was used in the club so when I do give the club's name, I give the correct name."

Sinclair has yet to produce any credit card statements.

Sinclair also stated that he had been to the same club the previous evening:

Jim Sumpter: This is a homosexual bar?

Sinclair: "No, it's not! It's just a lounge that we had gone to the night before, that I had actually enjoyed... it was quiet... the service was great, it was something the night before that everyone had enjoyed. It was something that I felt comfortable drinking in."

Sinclair couldn't "remember" the name of the lounge, but was able to recall the "bar" in the limo and what brands of liquor it was stocked with:

"I carry Absolut everywhere I go. Anytime I'm in a limo I have to have Absolut or Grey Goose. There was a bottle of Crown Royal and a bottle of Chevas Regal as well."

The "casual conversation" that allegedly led to drugs and sex:

"We went in, we had drinks, it was a casual conversation. I had told why I was in the Chicago area, what I was doing there. There was some conversations regarding what I did for a living, which were not so legal at the time."

Sinclair claimed he had mentioned that he needed something to "wake up". It was then that Obama made a "phone call":

"I could use a couple of lines to wakeup. (to Obama) I had been extremely tired. I had only flown in after being on the road for 4 days prior to flying in Chicago and he had made the comment to me if I was referring to coke. And I told him I was. And when I told him that what I was referring to, Senator Obama had stated to me that he could get it for me. At that time he made a phone call."

Sinclair also claimed that he had discussed his "waking up" problem with the limo driver during a previous conversation:

"That's when I made very clear at the time that the driver was in fact a personal friend because the driver knew from the previous engagement that I had with him that I wanted to get something to "wake up from"."

Sinclair claimed he and and Obama left the lounge and got into the limo where Obama "instructed" the driver on where to allegedly drive to, to purchase the illegal drugs, crack and powder cocaine:

"After he made the phone call, we left, we got in the limo, Senator Obama was the one who instructed the driver where we were going."

Sinclair claimed he spoke to the limo driver while Obama was out making a drug "buy":

"After he (Obama) made the phone call, we left, we got in the limo, Senator Obama was the one who instructed the driver where we were going. I'm going to say maybe at the most, 30 minutes of driving we stopped. Mr. Obama tells me he'll be right back, he gets out, in less than five minutes he's back in the car. I was speaking to the driver, the privacy window was down at that time."

Sinclair claimed the limo driver "drove" around while Sinclair and Obama had an alleged sexual encounter and coke party in the back:

"We were driving around the entire time. We were driving around the entire time because when the sex act ended our clothes were back on, I had a drink in my hand, he had a drink in his hand."

Sinclair claimed he and Obama were "drunk" during the limo ride:

"We were drunk, we were in the back of a limo where it was dark."

Sinclair claimed he was "shocked" when Obama allegedly pulled out a crack pipe and cocaine:

"In the course of performing the sex act, Senator Obama actually asks for my lighter. So when I get up to give him my lighter, it's at that time that I see the other packet of crack cocaine and the glass cylinder that he's putting it in. I had no idea that he had it. I didn't even know that he used it."

Sinclair was "shocked" even though Sinclair had allegedly snorted powder cocaine from a cd holder on Obama's knee and had put a "move" on the Senator:

"He (Obama) gets back in the car, he hands me the packet, I have a CD case from a CD that I had put in the limo with me. I take the CD case, I pour some out on the CD case and make three lines on it. I kneel down into the floorboard of the limo and rest the CD case on Senator Obama's left leg and with a rolled up dollar bill I do a line. I make the approach on Senator Obama, a sexual gesture, by rubbing up his leg into his crotch area."

On the Right Perspective, Sinclair goes into graphic detail about the alleged encounter between him and Obama:

“I will be willing to say that I could give you the size of his genitals you know, within a half inch. And I can definitely tell you cut, uncut, ummm, I was asked if I noticed any birth marks, I told them flat out I’m not gonna lie and tell you he did simply because we were drunk. I was in the back of a limo, it was dark, I can (unintelligible) enough that if he drops his pants I’m going to be proven right.”

Sinclair claimed he lost his baseball cap during the drive:

"I even stood up through the moon roof of the limo and lost my baseball cap that had been given to me by a friend that, had I lost it, would have killed me. I had the driver actually pull over and I got out of the limo and ran down the freeway to pick up the hat."

Sinclair once again claims the driver was a "good friend" of Obama's:

"At the end of the evening... the driver told me that it would be easier for him to go ahead and drop me off at the hotel and that he could take Barack back to his car. So I said fine, I had no problem with it, they were friends, they knew each other."

On the Jim Sumpter Show, Sinclair claimed it was both Obama and the limo driver who "suggested" Sinclair should be dropped off at his hotel in Gurnee, Illinois:

"The driver and Barack both had suggested that it was more convenient for them to drop me off at the hotel and the driver would take Barack back to his car."

Sinclair claimed he "signed the necessary paperwork", yet he hasn't provided any copies of the credit card receipt:

"We go back to the hotel, I sign the necessary paperwork with the driver, I say goodnight."

Sinclair, at first, claimed the limo driver was "willing to come forward" to corroborate Sinclair's allegations:

"The limo driver is willing to come forward, but only if it [Sinclair's story] "gets out there" because he is a personal friend of Obama's. He is scared to death that if he comes forward before it "gets out", Obama and Axelrod will "shut him up"."

Once again, Sinclair claims the driver is a "personal friend" of Obama's, yet Sinclair also claims the driver fears retribution from his "good friend" Barack Obama once he, the driver, "comes forward". Sinclair claims the limo driver and "his family" fear for their safety from "Obama":

"The driver will come forward but he's not going to put him and his family on the line for something the media is constantly shoving under the carpet."

Sinclair slips up during an interview

The talk show host on the Right Perspective points out that if the limo driver is a "good" friend of Obama's, Obama would already know how to locate him:

Host: You said the limo driver is a good friend of Obama, so Obama knows where the limo driver is.

Sinclair: I bet you he's trying his damnest to remember which friend of his.. I don't think Obama will find him. Not this fast."

Why would Sinclair be so sure that Obama wouldn't be able to "find" the driver?


Sinclair's original allegations were posted on Youtube, January 23, 2008. Two months later, Sinclair claimed the "name" of the limo driver was provided to "legal counsel", and that he, Sinclair, refused to "divulge" the name of the driver on the Internet:

"To make clear, the identity of the limo driver has been provided to legal counsel and will be disclosed through the court case. So any further claims that I have never disclosed this information even to my Attorney are in fact untrue."

Yet, on the comment line of Sinclair's original Youtube video, Sinclair posted the name, P. Multani, as the limo driver in a comment. The comment line has since been removed by Sinclair. We were not the only ones who noted the comment and Sinclair's naming of the limo driver.

On March 26, a long time supporter of Sinclair's, Citizen Wells, posted a inquiry on his blog, Citizen Wells, addressing the "name" of the limo driver:

One of the encounters was alleged to be in a limousine from 5 Star Limousine Service in Chicago. Sinclair states that the limousine driver’s name is P Multani. Sinclair has also stated that in the past he has helped illegal aliens. There was a Paramjit Singh Multani, from India, in this country illegally and he was in Chicago around the time of the alleged limousine encounter. Is Larry Sinclair using information he had about an illegal alien and Barack Obama’s schedule to fabricate this story or is this story real.?
Citizen Wells

Citizen Wells once again addresses the P. Multani issue on his blog on April 7:

Sinclair has stated in the past that he helped illegal aliens. He also stated that the name of the limo driver is P Multani. An illegal alien by the name of Paramjit Singh Multani was in this country illegally and a hearing was set for him in Chicago in 2000. This is near the time of the alleged encounter between Larry Sinclair and Barack Obama. Some one commented on this blog several days ago and pointed out that a Paramjit Singh Multani is a licensed taxi driver in Maryland. They provided a link to the site. Does anyone out there have any more information on this?

Wells posts a response from Sinclair:

“Thought you should know I did not state the above was the limo drivers name. That is an assumption that internet warriors for Obama made and claimed.

Thank you,

Larry Sinclair”

Sinclair posts a further comment:

“ADDED BY LARRY:I believe I included a comment that this was an example of people putting other peoples names out there with no facts to back it up. I can state that no I did not help this individual enter the US nor did I ever state he was my limo driver or that he worked for five star. I will tell you flat out this is not the driver.”

Sinclair held a press conference at the National Press Club on June 18 where he "revealed" the limo driver's "name"--five full months after Sinclair's allegations were first posted on Youtube:

From Sinclair's press release statement:

"On November 6, 1999 after picking me up at the Hotel in Gurnee-and this is significant-Paramjit Multani used his cellphone to make a call. That call was made to then-Illinois State Senator Barack Obama to set up an introduction between me and Senator Obama."

Sinclair claimed this was the first time he revealed the name of the limo driver:

On November 6, 1999, I asked the limo driver--whose name I now reveal for the first time--Paramjit Multani....

At the conclusion of his press statement, Sinclair challenges participants to "corroborate" his evidence and to find the limo driver:

"It is for others to find the corroborating evidence of my story by locating the limo driver -Parajmit Multani."

Later, after releasing his press statement, Sinclair claimed on his website, LarrySinclair.org, the limo driver's name released in his press conference, Parajmit Multani, was a "typo" and that the actual name was not Parajmit, but Jagir.

** Typo Correction ** Limo Driver's name is JAGIR P MULTANI

Strange, to say the least--as Sinclair had claimed he was in contact with the driver--that he couldn't remember the correct first name.

To date, the driver--Sinclair's chief witness, the one person who could supposedly corroborate his allegations--has not been "officially" located.

On his blog, Sinclair has directed supporters to search for info on detractors--Sinclair is famous for posting personal info such as names, home addresses, tax records, places of employment, children's names, ect., on his site-yet, there's not one single instance where he's asked his supporters to help find the limo driver.

Almost every part of Larry Sinclair's story about the limo driver has changed: the more Sinclair has "refined" his tale, the more confusing it has become for those interested, like Larry, in the "truth".

* Sinclair claimed the driver was a "personal" and "good friend" of Obama's, but that if the driver "came forward", Obama would "shut him down".

* Sinclair has alluded that the limo driver was scared to come forward, because then, Obama would be able find him to harm him or his family. But, if the limo driver were a "personal friend" of Obama's, Obama would already know where to find him, as the host of the Right Perspective quickly pointed out back in February. The limo driver was able to locate Obama--somewhat easily, it would seem--in 1999 to buy some coke for a stranger, Larry Sinclair.

At least, according to Sinclair's own words.

* Larry claimed that he had the same limo driver all three nights. Then, he claimed that he didn't.

* Sinclair claimed the driver and Obama told him that it would be "more convenient" to drop Sinclair off at the hotel in Gurnee first. Earlier, he claimed that this was the limo driver's idea.

* Sinclair claimed he was releasing the name of the driver, Parajmit Multani, "for the first time" at his press conference in June--even though he posted it on his Youtube comment thread back in January. Even though he specifically told Citizen Wells in April that Parajmit Multani "was not the name of the driver". Sinclair then claimed the Parajmit Multani name was a typo, that the "correct" name was "Jagir" P. Multani.

* Finally, after claiming that he was in "contact with the limo driver", he said it was up to others to locate this shifting, mysterious being.

In a curious fashion note, Sinclair claimed that after visiting the "upscale" lounge with Obama for drinks and chit chat, he lost his baseball cap when he stood up through the sun roof of the limo.

To date, Sinclair's chief witness, the limo driver, has yet to "come forward". Sinclair now claims it's up to "others" to "find" the driver. Sinclair, who first claimed he was in contact with the driver, named Parajmit Multani in his press release--even though he emphatically told Citizen Wells that this "was not the name of the driver". Finally, Sinclair claimed that "Parajmit" was a typo: the driver's real first name now was "Jagir".



Lastly, why has Sinclair never once asked his supporters on his website to help "search" for the limo driver--even though he's asked numerous times for help in "exposing" detractors' IP and home addresses, and places of employment?

To those who might say this is nit-picking, we say: Larry Sinclair can remember minute details--such as the liquor in the limo and astreet name (Rush) when it suits him. His story is a collection of such details--all designed to give the story believability. When these details change--once, twice or more--logically, shouldn't this detract from the story's believability?

Some details are important to Sinclair's story: either he had the same driver for all three nights or he didn't; either he released the limo driver's name at his press conference for the first time or he didn't; either the limo driver was a "close personal friend of Obama's" or he wasn't; either Sinclair's story is true or it isn't.

All we have to go on is Larry's own words--and, as any reader can see, they are contradictory and confusing words.

Sinclair's sole remaining "proof" is his purported stay at the Choice Hotel in Gurnee, Illinois, covered in Part III by DBKP.

While finishing up research on the second part of DBKP's 3-part Larry Sinclair Debunked, LBG attempted to access Sinclair's latest website, LarrySinclair0926.com.

The above pic is a screenshot of what she found.

Why has Sinclair's account been suspended? The stock Larry-Answer will be, "It's a plot by Obama to shut me up!" We don't know about all that, but suspect it's something much more mundane.

One guess hazarded by someone who also found the site: "Larry probably tried to pay for it with a fake credit card!" We don't know about all that either.





Just another twist and turn in a twisted story.

Larry Sinclair Claims Delaware Arrest Part of Vast Conspiracy

Larry Sinclair is once again in trouble with the law. According to Larry, it's not his fault but part of a vast Obama conspiracy involving Obama, Joe Biden, Biden's son, Beau, who's the Attorney General of Delaware, and the D.C. Metro police and courts.

Sinclair, who was arrested after his press conference at the National Press Club June 18, then released after posting a bond in a Delaware Superior Court the following Monday, has admitted on his website that he is involved in yet another criminal matter in another state, this time Delaware.

Sinclair, who alleges he met up with then State Representative Barack Obama back in November of 1999 for an illegal drug and gay sex tryst, claims the arrest at the end of his press conference was a "set-up" involving not only Senator Obama but also Senator Joe Biden and his son, the Attorney General of Delaware, Beau Biden, the D.C. Metro police and court.

Sinclair claims that he was arrested by D.C. Metro police after they stated they held a "Fugitive From Justice" warrant. Sinclair, who admitted at the time of his arrest that he was in the company of his attorney, Montgomery Blair Sibley, claims the detectives never produced a warrant. Sinclair was held in the D.C. jail until he appeared at a Delaware Superior Court where he was released on bond.

Metro jail as a political prisoner. While Sinclair alleges the D.C. cops "lied" when they said they had a Fugitive from Justice warrant, the fact remains that Sinclair was subsequently released on a personal bond in Delaware. Sinclair then called for supporters to pony up more cash for this latest brush with the law, this time for a $10,000 attorney retainer fee.

Barack Obama and Larry Sinclair: two men on a mission, with different agendas, backed by rabid--some would say "mindless"--supporters.

Obama is the presumptive Democrat nominee; Sinclair is the man who claims Obama shared gay sex and cocaine in the back of a limo in 1999. He also later claimed that the choir master of Obama's Trinity Church, Donald Young, was murdered by the Obama forces. Additionally, Sinclair asserts that Young contacted him several times before Young was killed.





Sinclair has offered absolutely no evidence to back up his wild allegations of gay sex, drugs and murder. "Fightthesmears.com", Obama's website, was launched specifically to combat wild allegations and rumors--yet, it has remained absolutely silent about Sinclair.

Both men have their fans, Obama's supporters being somewhat larger than Sinclair's. Arguments have broken out in chat rooms and on the comment sections of several blogs.

So, who does one believe?

Being a big believer in math, we decided to run the numbers, because, although men with something to gain might not always tell the truth, NUMBERS DON'T LIE. With this in mind, we compared the two men in sixteen different areas.

The results are published--for the very first time!--below.

As always, we'll let the readers look at the facts and make up their own minds.

Larry Sinclair Claims Arrest in D.C. a Set-Up

Larry Sinclair has been released from jail. Exactly what charges Sinclair was arrested for at the end of his Wednesday press conference at the National Press Club, reading Sinclair's "explanation" on his site is like hacking one's way through an overgrown thicket of half-truths, innuendo, and contradictions.

Sinclair, who is back posting on his site, LarrySinclair0926, claims his Wednesday arrest at the hands of "plain clothes" D.C. detectives at the end of his press conference was a "set-up". If true, then Sinclair, who has already filed two separate lawsuits in the Federal Courts, has a ready made suit against the D.C. cops and courts and the National Press Club. Yet readers who wish to find out why Sinclair was arrested and on what charge are left with little info.

"So to all those reporting I was taken out in hand cuffs, I assure you I walked
out with no cuffs, carrying my bags from the NPC. I also feel it important to
state that the NPC staff conducted themselves with nothing short of kindness and

Sinclair claims he's unable to "ascertain" what the "charges" are due to the fact that he hasn't been provided a copy of the "warrant, indictment or anything of a formal charge".

The matter in Delaware to the best I have been able to ascertain since even yesterday I have not been provided a copy of the warrant, indictment or anything of a formal charge, is that I interviewed last year with the Wilmington, DE police on a matter that they stated my statements to them were supported by their interviews with others I had no idea they were even speaking with. I was cleared of any illegal activity. In his original post Sinclair states that not only did he post a personal recognizance bond but that the "charge" was "questionable".

"Upon my return to Delaware, I appeared before a Superior Court Judge at 2:30 pm at which time I was released on PR bond and released. I will say that the charge is questionable at best and after speaking with my Attorney I will allow him/her decide what can and cannot be posted here."

Sinclair, who's past is checkered with past stints in various state prisons on check and credit card fraud charges, had claimed in his press release issued at his press conference that his "trouble with the law" had occurred in the past, a distant 20 years ago.

"I have been convicted and served prison sentences for writing bad checks, forging checks, using stolen credit card numbers in Arizona, Florida, and Colorado. These events occurred over twenty (20) years ago between 1980 thru 1986."

Yet Sinclair has been wanted on a outstanding felony fraud warrant out of Colorado which was issued in 2001. Sinclair is still listed on the Pueblo County Sheriff's Department's "Most Wanted" list. Larry Sinclair Claims Arrest in D.C. a Set-Up

Larry Sinclair has been released from jail. Exactly what charges Sinclair was arrested for at the end of his Wednesday press conference at the National Press Club, reading Sinclair's "explanation" on his site is like hacking one's way through an overgrown thicket of half-truths, innuendo, and contradictions.

Sinclair, who is back posting on his site, LarrySinclair0926, claims his Wednesday arrest at the hands of "plain clothes" D.C. detectives at the end of his press conference was a "set-up". If true, then Sinclair, who has already filed two separate lawsuits in the Federal Courts, has a ready made suit against the D.C. cops and courts and the National Press Club. Yet readers who wish to find out why Sinclair was arrested and on what charge are left with little info.

Sinclair claims his "criminal" activity ceased twenty years ago. Sinclair was incarcerated after 1986. A 1997 article from the Denver Post recounts Sinclair's life of "crime" while serving time in prison under a former name, one La-Rye V. Aliva:

“A state prison inmate who has accused guards of physical and mental abuse - and planting a weapon in his cell - has lost about 19 pounds in a hunger strike he started more than a month ago.

State corrections spokeswoman Liz McDonough said inmate La-Rye V. Avila, 34, is being monitored by the infirmary staff at the maximum security Colorado State Penitentiary. She described his condition as “stable, alert and orienteed.” Avila, who started the hunger strike on Feb. 2, is taking some fluids, and “there is some question as to whether he is eating occasionally,” McDonough said.

He was transferred to the infirmary on Feb. 6.

Infirmary officials found no cuts, abrasions or bruises on the inmate that would substantiate his allegation of physical abuse, McDonough said. Guards said they found a shank, or homemade weapon, in his cell.

It was a piece of plasitc food tray with a pointed end.

It was hidden in the track of a sliding door in his cell.

“He is alleging that the staff put it there, and we do have an investigation under way into that allegation,” McDonough said.

Avila was sentenced in Jefferson County in 1987 to 16 years in prison for second-degree forgery.

He will be eligible for parole in 2001.

He has a history of violating prison regulations.

Since his incarceration, Avila has been convicted of 83 violations under the code of penal discipline.

The offenses include refusing to work, making threats, tampering with locks, disobeying a lawful order, theft over $50 and assault, McDonough said.

The lengthy record of violations suggest “he has not institutionalized well,” she said, adding that Avila has served time in prisons in Buena Vista, Delta, Limon and serval facilities in Canon City before being transferred to the state’s maximum security penitentiary in September 1993.Source: Mitch and Nan Show

DBKP wrote about Sinclair's 14 "known" aliases in the state of Colorado in Larry Sinclair: The Fourteen Name Game. Sinclair admitted he legally changed his name back to Larry Sinclair in the late '90's. Sinclair also admitted on the radio show, The Right Perspective, that at the same time he allegedly met up with Senator Obama, he was "running two to three hundred thousand in drugs a month" from Colorado to South Carolina. Hardly a life "free of crime".

Sinclair has a PayPal set up on his website for "donations" and "contributions" to help in his fight to "expose Obama". Sinclair promised to provide "proof" of his alleged encounter with Obama during last Wednesday's press conference. Sinclair "released" the name of the purported limo driver and his own phone numbers. Sinclair then "challenged" everyone to prove his allegations. After 5 months of waiting for Sinclair to provide his own proof DBKP believes it's Sinclair's duty to prove his own allegations and not the other way around.

In summary, Sinclair's "proof" at his press conference was slim to non-existent. The name of the purported limo driver was already known by the media and by those who read Sinclair's comments on various websites. Sinclair's phone numbers proved nothing. Sinclair should be the one providing copies of text messages and the phone number of the other parties he claims contacted him, not the other way around.

Sinclair failed to provide key info on his latest arrest. For someone who asks the public to believe sordid accusations against Senator Obama without solid proof, Sinclair needs to be above board on his ongoing criminal woes. Subterfuge does not suffice.

Sinclair should come clean as to what the charges are in Delaware and not try to palm it off as yet another conspiracy, this time, the D.C. cops and the Delaware courts. Sinclair has the same m.o. in regards to past behavior. He's once again claiming that he and his family face death threats/and or physical harm, this time by way of Obama supporters. In a Motion to Dismiss the 2001 Colorado Warrant Sinclair made the same claim, that he and his family faced "death threats and physical harm" from the people who pressed charges against Sinclair in his felony fraud warrant.

Sinclair's claim that he's been squeaky clean for 20 years is patently false. Sinclair has a felony fraud warrant out of Colorado. Sinclair was recently arrested on charges stemming from an incident this past fall in Delaware. Less than 2 years before Sinclair claims he "met" Senator Obama at an "upscale lounge" near Chicago he was in prison under the name, La-Rye V. Avila, serving a sentence on a forgery conviction. While in prison he was convicted of 83 violations including theft and assault.

Sinclair now contradicts his own statements on his website. Either the National Press Club was "kind and professional" or they "set him up" with the D.C. police. Either he doesn't know what the charges are in his latest arrest in D.C., or the charges are "questionable". Either way he posted a personal recognizance bond.

We will continue to hack our way through the overgrown thicket of Sinclair contradictions, innuendos, and half-truths.

Larry Sinclair Seeking "Contributions" For Latest Arrest

Larry would appreciate any contributions to his legal fund as he now has additional legal expenses to what appear to be curiously timed charges.

Obama accuser Larry Sinclair has this plea for "contributions" up on his website. Sinclair, who was arrested immediately after his Wednesday press conference at the National Press Club, is still in jail. At least we think he is, as his website has between "slim and none" details on Sinclair's latest incarceration, other than he is being held in D.C. as a "political prisoner".

The post also mentions that Sinclair's attorney, Montgomery Blair Sibley, visited Larry in jail. What's interesting about Sibley is that he continues to "represent" Sinclair after his law license was suspended in Florida and in D.C., the site of the press conference and Sinclair's latest arrest. Sibley could face further sanctions from the D.C. bar if caught practicing law while suspended. As Sibley made the introduction at Sinclair's Wednesday's press conference and introduced himself as Sinclair's attorney, DBKP wonders, wasn't this violation of his suspension?

Sinclair's website functions as a meeting place for Sinclair supporters and as a large cash cow by way of soliciting "donations" for Sinclair's "previous" legal expenses: an ongoing federal lawsuit filed in D.C. against three anonymous posters on the Democratic Underground forum. Sinclair's website, LarrySinclair.org, has a copy of the lawsuit. Sinclair raised funds for a previous trip to D.C., reminscent of a bizarro Mr. Smith Goes To Washington, an old Jimmy Stewart film.

Stewart's character represents the powerful forces of American freedom, democracy and morality over oppression and evil in his emotional portrait of a naive, idealist, patriotic young politician who, after being sent to Washington (a symbol of liberty and democracy) as a junior senator from an un-named state, matures in wisdom, fights political corruption within his state's political machine, and guards American values as a moral hero. Sinclair claimed his mission was to confront the Democrat's D.N.C. Rules Committee when they met in D.C.a few weeks ago. Sinclair stated his mission was to force the D.N.C. to "answer" as to why they had refused to address Sinclair's accusations that he and Senator Obama had met in November of 1999 for sordid sex and a cocaine party in the back of a rented limo.

Sinclair's next trip to D.C. was more eventful. He had scheduled a press conference at the National Press Club last Wednesday. Sinclair claimed he would "once and for all" reveal the "proof" to the MSM of the alleged fateful meetup in '99 and the details of his newest accusation against the Senator: that Obama was involved in the murder of the gay choirmaster at his former church, Donald Young.

At the press conference Sinclair gave out a press release and also "released" the name of the purported limo driver, one "Paramjit Multani". Sinclair then gave out phone numbers which he said related to his Donald Young claim, that Obama was not only having sex with Young, but that Obama had the gay choirmaster murdered in order to silence him. The "phone numbers" released by Sinclair--he claims he only spoke with "Young" and never met him--were Sinclair's. Sinclair then made this challenge: here is the name of the limo driver and the phone numbers, my job is done, it's now up to everyone else to "prove my stories".

While Sinclair claimed he was "releasing" the name of the limo driver to the public for the first time, this was in fact true, but with this caveat: Sinclair had previously posted the driver's name on a Youtube comment line shortly after he posted his original video at the end of January. In the video there was no mention of the "Donald Young" accusations nor of "speaking" with someone who claimed to be from the Obama campaign who said their name was Donald Young. Those allegations emerged later in the Sinclair saga.

On May 13th, Sinclair posted "Will Obama camp/supporters Try to Kill Larry Sinclair? In the post Sinclair posted a link to a new Youtube video and a transcript. Sinclair claimed his personal info had been released as well as family members info. Sinclair also claimed he had recieved death threats. He posted this ominous warning:

Larry Sinclair Supporters Claim He's a "Political Prisoner"

Obama accuser Larry Sinclair was arrested immediately following his press conference at the National Press Club Wednesday. The reaction from his supporters was immediate: Sinclair had been "arrested" by Senator Obama in an attempt to "keep him silent". Sinclair was now a "political prisoner", done in by the Obama "machine".

Just how did it reach the point to where those who support Sinclair in his accusations against Obama believe his arrest was arranged by the Senator and that he had now become a martyr, a "political" prisoner"?

On Wednesday, Larry Sinclair issued a statement to the world regarding presumptive U.S. President Barack Hussein Obama’s crack-smoking ways. Sinclair, who first accused Senator Obama of engaging in illegal drugs and illicit sex with Sinclair in November of 1999, claimed he was going to present "proof"at his Wednesday press conference. It had been almost five months since Sinclair published his allegations on Youtube. Sinclair's original accusations took an ominous turn, when a few months later he began to claim that he had "spoken" with the gay choirmaster from Obama's church, Donald Young, just before Young was murdered. Sinclair then began to claim that Obama was involved in Young's death.

Sinclair's "proof" at the press conference consisted of the name of the purported limo driver, whom Sinclair claimed he was "releasing for the first time". Sinclair also gave out phone numbers, from Sinclair's second set of accusations, which he claimed "proves" he spoke with the gay choir master of Obama's former church shortly before Young was murdered.

While Sinclair released various phone numbers, his phone numbers not Young's, and gave out the name of the "limo driver", this was old news to those who have been following the Larry Sinclair saga.

Sinclair had mentioned the limo driver's name on a comment thread related to his Youtube video released at the end of January. He then retracted the name after a long time supporter posted a story on another blog.

Citizen Wells, a long time supporter of Sinclair's, posted this story on his blog on April 7: P Multani, Paramjit Singh Multani, Larry Sinclair, Barack Obama, November 4 1999, records, Obama not in senate. 

Wells notes the name, P. Multani, the same name released Wednesday by Sinclair. Sinclair commented on Citizen Wells story, "I thought you should know I did not state the above was the limo drivers name. That is an assumption that internet warriors for Obama made and claimed". Sinclair went on to reiterate that this was not the name of the driver:

It's clear that not only did Citizen Wells previously hear Sinclair mention Multani's name, as we had at an earlier date, but that Sinclair then flat out denied this was the limo driver's name. An intrepid poster on Sinclair's blog attempted to question Wells yesterday on this discrepancy after Wells stepped in to help run the website after Sinclair was arrested Wednesday.

Sinclair was arrested immediately after the press conference. Purportedly Sinclair had an outstanding warrant from the state of Delaware. The actual charges are still unknown, as Sinclair has yet to have been moved from the D.C. jail where he's been incarcerated since Wednesday. The Delaware warrant came as a surprise as Sinclair also had an outstanding warrant from the state of Colorado.


Sinclair admitted in his press conference release that he was a "former recreational drug user and trafficker, a convicted felon for crimes of forgery, bad checks and theft by check, and that Sinclair's "background" included the "mistakes" he had made in his lifetime: convictions and prison stints for writing bad checks, forgery, stolen credit card numbers, ect.. Sinclair noted that his "criminal past" contained a "window" from 1980-86 and the "events occurred over twenty (20) years ago.Sinclair also mentioned the warrant out of Colorado, an "event" that occurred less than 20 years ago and after the alleged hook-up with Obama. So it came as a surprise, Sinclair's arrest on a warrant from Delaware. 

If BHO doesn’t have anything to hide, why he trying to silence Larry? It looks like BHO did silenced Donald permantly. Larry is getting too much publicity to be “silenced” the same way Donald was.

Larry supporters have "stood by their man" ever since Sinclair surfaced in his Youtube video at the end of January. Sinclair eventually put together his website, Larry Sinclair0926,where he posted his video and subsequent video's outlining his case. He also put up a Paypal account where supporters could "donate" to his legal fund.

Sinclair had filed a federal lawsuit against Obama, David Axelrod, and the DNC, alleging a conspiracy to silence Sinclair that was thrown out. He filed a second federal lawsuit against three anonymous posters on the Democratic Underground forum, alleging their comments had damaged his "reputation". Sinclair claimed $3 million in damages. It was this second lawsuit that supporters were asked to "donate" for the legal costs. Sinclair was able to raise thousands of dollars in donations from his supporters.

It must be very confusing for Larry Sinclair's mailman.

While perusing some documents from the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, a list of the known names used by Larry Sinclair was discovered--a long list.

Fourteen, to be exact.

Sinclair has repeatedly that he "has nothing to hide". If that's the case, why the need for so many names? Most men have one; women two or three if they get married or re-married. Why so many names?

The Mitch and Nan Show blog has another scoop on Sinclair. A warning for those easily offended, the M&N Show is at times "R" rated.

M&N is reporting that Obama Accuser, Larry Sinclair, who, yesterday, was on the receiving end of some pretty heavy "Instant Karma", now sits in a Delaware pokey.

There was no deaus en machina yesterday for Sinclair, who was arrested and led away in handcuffs after being arrested by the D.C. cops on a Delaware warrant. Surprisingly some believed if Sinclair were to land in the "arms" of the authorities it would be on an outstanding felony fraud warrant from Colorado. Instead, it seems Sinclair managed to once again get into trouble with the law back in September of 2007. The Mitch and Nan Show has all the dirty details.

Larry Sinclair Lawsuit Against 3 Anonymous Posters Tossed?

DBKP is hearing rumblings in the DC legal jungle that Obama accuser Larry Sinclair's lawsuit against
3 anonymous posters at Democratic Underground may have been tossed by Judge Henry H. Kennedy.

A PR release from the Center for Law Forfeiture, the same outfit run by D.C. attorney Montgomery Blair Sibley, states this about the case:

"At the press conference, Larry will (i) reveal the corroborating
evidence for his allegations regarding Obama, (ii) address the time-line of
the response of the Obama campaign to his allegations and the murder of
Donald Young, the openly gay choir director of Trinity United Church of
Christ, Obama's now-former church and (iii) the significance of the refusal
of U.S. District Court Judge Henry H. Kennedy, Jr. to allow Larry's case to
proceed."

The PR release also states that Larry Sinclair will "for the first time reveal corroborating evidence" on Sinclair's claims that he and Obama engaged in sorid sex and illegal drugs back in 1999.

The release also claims that "despite death threats and an organized campaign to prevent him from speaking publicly" Sinclair will finally spill the beans.

We find these claims to be amusing as Sinclair has spent months on his website pleading for "donations" to help with his "legal"costs, published people's identities and IP addresses, filed two federal lawsuits, given numerous radio interviews and written countless posts, and was able to rent a large room to give a press conference at the National Press Club.

We remain skeptical that Sinclair will finally put the money where his mouth has been all these months. The only thing we've invested in this whole sordid mess is time, while others have invested "donations" along with their "faith" in Larry and Larry's accusations.

Montgomery Blair Sibley: Practicing Law While License Suspended?

Obama Accuser Larry Sinclair has scheduled a press conference this Wednesday at the National Press Club. Sinclair has asked that all questions about the conference be referred to his attorney, Montgomery Blair Sibley. Sibley was placed under suspension by the D.C. Bar on May 12th.

While Sibley's suspension is still considered "interim", it's expected that he will eventually face a full three year suspension, the same fate of his Florida license to practice law. Even though Sibley's law license has been suspended it seems that he continues to "practice" law, at least in regards to his latest "infamous" client, Obama accuser, Larry Sinclair.

Sinclair announced an upcoming press conference on June 18th at the National Press Club. While Sinclair solicits "donations" to cover the "costs" of the press conference on his website, he also refers all questions to his attorney, Montgomery Blair Sibley.

In 2007, the Washington Post wrote a piece on Sibley, whom they referred to as "attorney for the morally impugned and legally challenged". The Post also noted that Maryland had barred Sibley from "running a law office in the state". The WaPo piece is a great read for those unfamiliar with Montgomery Blair Sibley.

According to WaPo, federal prosecutors in the Palfrey case, the D.C. Madam who recently took her own life, say Sibley's "filings are so ignorant of basic legal tenets that they are almost incoherent". Which reminds us of his newest client, Larry Wayne Sinclair, ex-con and wanted felon in Colorado, who claims he had sex and partied with illegal drugs in the back of a rented limo in 1999 the then State Senator Barack Obama.

Sinclair claims that he has a law degree and that he can run legal circles around all challengers. Sinclair proved his legal "prowess" when he filed a federal lawsuit against Senator Obama, David Axelrod, and the D.N.C., claiming they had "conspired" to silence Sinclair, a violation of his right to free speech. The judge threw out Sinclair's case and ruled that Sinclair had failed to provide one single shred of evidence to back up his case. 

Sinclair, who's been pandering for public payola via soliciting for "donations" on his website to cover "legal" costs, filed yet another suit, this time against three anonymous posters on the Democratic Underground forum. Sinclair claimed that his "reputation" was sullied by the three anonymous posters comments and sued for the sum of $3 million. This from a man who had originally sued Obama, Axelrod, and the DNC, claiming they had conspired to shush Sinclair's right to free speech. Sinclair then announced that this time his suit was in the hands of a veritable powerhouse legal eagle, Montgomery Blair Sibley.

For more info on Sibley, check out the WaPo piece, it's highly illuminating. In the meantime Sinclair instigated his Banana Bread Raffle. Sinclair told readers he was going to raffle off 200 loaves of banana bread he'd baked himself. Inside two of the loaves would be a ticket to a "prize", a tv and a surround sound system. When others noted that offering a raffle online in Minnesota is illegal, the state Sinclair claims he's currently residing in, Sinclair changed the terminology. It was no longer a "raffle" but a "banana bread bake-off, and a way to help with Larry's mounting "legal costs".  A longtime poster on Sinclair's site commented that they "wondered" what the status was of the banana bread "bake-off" as it had been a month since Sinclair first announced he'd be selling his banana bread and awarding prizes.

The June 18 press conference scheduled at the National Press Club isn't the first time Sinclair claimed he was about to smooze with the Main Stream Media. Sinclair had traveled to D.C. the week before last, on his "donations" dime, in the guise of "confronting" the D.N.C. Rules Committee. On  his site he claimed that Montgomery Sibley would be "handing" out fliers announcing the logistics of when and where Sinclair would be having a press conference that failed to materialize. Instead Sinclair, who published his expenses from the trip to D.C., stayed at a ritzy hotel to the tune of 500 hundred bucks, or 50 loaves of banana bread per night.

Sinclair then announced that he had scheduled a bonafide press conference slated for June 18th at the NPC and that the Sinclair coffers needed refilling. What seems unclear is whether those that bought Sinclair's banana bread or sent in cash have received their own invitations. In the meantime, people who have questions are directed at Sinclair's website to contact the "law offices of Montgomery Blair Sibley" in Washington, D.C.. That's right, the very same Montgomery Blair Sibley who has been suspended from practicing law.

While Sinclair continues to refer to Sibley as his attorney he also claims that his status as wanted felon by the Pueblo County Sheriff's office in Colorado has no bearing on his "case" against Obama. Never mind that Sinclair, an ex-con, has never admitted what he was convicted and sentenced to prison for. What he has admitted to was dealing large quantities of illegal drugs while on parole during the time he claims he allegedly met Obama. 

On the Felony Fraud charge out of Colorado Sinclair was accused of depositing someone else's money, $14,000, into his own bank accounts. Sinclair published his "motion to dismiss", a rambling discourse to the judge, where Sinclair claimed the bank accounts were set up for "laundering drug money" and that the monies were"owed" to him. Sinclair claimed that because he's "in contact" with the District Attoney's office, something which has yet to be verified, that this somehow negates the fact that he's listed as a wanted felon on the Pueblo County Sheriff's Office "Most Wanted" website. In the interim Sinclair continues to solicit funds on his website.

Larry Sinclair: Letter Casts Doubt on Proof

Larry Sinclair, the man who accused Senator Obama of illicit sex and illegal drugs in November 1999, offered up as "proof" a letter from Choice Hotels International. 

DBKP has "uncovered" info that casts doubt on the validity of Sinclair's "proof".





Months ago Sinclair posted a link on his website to a letter that he claimed was "proof" that he met Senator Obama during a trip to Chicago back in 1999--a letter from Choice Hotel International. Please note: DBKP obtained our copy of the Choice Hotel Letter from another source, not from Sinclair's website. 

Note the line that was "blacked out".

By using "zoom" DBKP was able to decipher exactly what Sinclair didn't want us to see:

"While I cannot authenticate any information you currently have in your possession"

It's no wonder Sinclair blacked this little line out of the document. Kerri Lanigan, the paralegal who sent Sinclair the Choice Hotel letter wrote that she was unable to "authenticate" Sinclair's "information". 

Sinclair claims that he "met" Obama during a trip to Chicago back in November of 1999. The documents show a hotel stay at the Choice Hotel in Gurnee, Illinois on the dates of November 3-8. It was during this period that Sinclair claims he met up with Obama, offering these documents as "proof". 

DBKP maintains that the only "proof" provided by Sinclair is that he stayed at a Choice Hotel in Gurnee, Illinois on those dates. Sinclair has failed to provide any proof that Obama was anywhere in the vicinity, other than because Sinclair "says-so".

DBKP has focused on the period surrounding Sinclair's alleged "encounter" with Obama. On the Right Perspective, Sinclair admits he was a drug runner making "two hundred, three hundred thousand dollars a month" when he "met" Obama. But was this the truth, a lie, or an embellishment by Sinclair? 

On his website he tells a different tale from the same period: how he had discharged his parole early, which he was serving in 1999.

Larry Sinclair: A Tale of Two Photos

Every picture tells a story. We have two photos of Larry Wayne Sinclair, the man who claims he had illicit sex and did illegal drugs with Senator Obama. What kind of story do these photos tell? We'll let our readers be the judge. 

DBKP has been following the saga of Larry Sinclair, the man who claims he indulged in illicit sex and illegal drugs back in 1999 with Senator Obama. Sinclair has been pushing his accusations since the end of January with various videos on Youtube, a spiffy website with photoshopped images of Larry and Obama along with a Paypal account for those who would like to donate to Larry's "legal" expenses. We thought we'd do a "photo perspective" while quoting  Larry in "In Larry's Own Word's".

Sinclair has posted several times on his website this photo of himself. He's photoshopped this picture along side an image of Senator Obama holding a crack pipe and "leering" at the attractive "young" Larry Sinclair. We wondered what Larry Sinclair really looked like back in November of 1999. Was Larry still as "studly" as the photo on his site? You know, someone a young state senator might find "attractive" in the back of rented limo enough to engage in sordid sex and illegal drugs?

We went looking on the worldwide web and found a photo of Larry which we believe originated closer to the time frame of Larry's alleged encounter with Obama. We found a photo of one Larry Wayne Sinclair, courtesy of the Pueblo County Sheriff's Department's Crime Stoppers site. 

Pueblo County Crimestoppers (Larry Sinclair) A Warrant for Larry's arrest was issued on May 23, 2001. This photo had to have originated before this date.

This is indeed the very same Larry Sinclair who claims that while on a trip to Chicago, the driver of his rented limo was so enamored by Larry that he arranged an "introduction" to the then State Senator Barack Obama.  We listened to a podcast featuring Larry Sinclair on the website, Right Perspective. During the interview Larry spoke about his trip to Chicago and meeting Senator Obama. 

"The limo driver is a personal friend of Obama and is scared to reveal himself cause if he gets "out there" Obama and Axelrod can "shut him up"."
