Every picture tells a story. We have two photos of Larry Wayne Sinclair, the man who claims he had illicit sex and did illegal drugs with Senator Obama. What kind of story do these photos tell? We'll let our readers be the judge.
DBKP has been following the saga of Larry Sinclair, the man who claims he indulged in illicit sex and illegal drugs back in 1999 with Senator Obama. Sinclair has been pushing his accusations since the end of January with various videos on Youtube, a spiffy website with photoshopped images of Larry and Obama along with a Paypal account for those who would like to donate to Larry's "legal" expenses. We thought we'd do a "photo perspective" while quoting Larry in "In Larry's Own Word's".

Sinclair has posted several times on his website this photo of himself. He's photoshopped this picture along side an image of Senator Obama holding a crack pipe and "leering" at the attractive "young" Larry Sinclair. We wondered what Larry Sinclair really looked like back in November of 1999. Was Larry still as "studly" as the photo on his site? You know, someone a young state senator might find "attractive" in the back of rented limo enough to engage in sordid sex and illegal drugs?
We went looking on the worldwide web and found a photo of Larry which we believe originated closer to the time frame of Larry's alleged encounter with Obama. We found a photo of one Larry Wayne Sinclair, courtesy of the Pueblo County Sheriff's Department's Crime Stoppers site.
Pueblo County Crimestoppers (Larry Sinclair) A Warrant for Larry's arrest was issued on May 23, 2001. This photo had to have originated before this date.
This is indeed the very same Larry Sinclair who claims that while on a trip to Chicago, the driver of his rented limo was so enamored by Larry that he arranged an "introduction" to the then State Senator Barack Obama. We listened to a podcast featuring Larry Sinclair on the website, Right Perspective. During the interview Larry spoke about his trip to Chicago and meeting Senator Obama.
"The limo driver is a personal friend of Obama and is scared to reveal himself cause if he gets "out there" Obama and Axelrod can "shut him up"."

Cyberspace is a busy place with millions of posters commenting on blogs and forums, exercising their right to Freedom of Speech as written in the First Amendment of the Constitution unless, according to Larry Sinclair, you voice a negative opinion about Larry, then you're liable to the tune of millions of dollars.
Larry Sinclair, the guy who claims Senator Obama had sex and procured coke for him back in 1999 has filed yet another lawsuit, this time for defamation of "character" while new "details" have emerged in Sinclair's story about his alleged 1999 "tryst" with then State Representative Barack Obama.
One would suppose when someone files a defamation of character lawsuit they will eventually have to prove they had a "character" to defame yet Larry has forged ahead with funds "donated" through paypal on his website.
According to the site, Big Head DC, Sinclair has filed a lawsuit against 3 anonymous posters on the site, Democratic Underground, seeking 3 million dollars in damages for defamation of character.
Sinclair claims the comments of the anonymous three, posted in a public forum regarding his "mental state" and "character" and their belief that Sinclair is lying about a supposed tryst back in 1999 with then State Representative Obama are grounds for Larry to sue.
Who are the three anonymous posters whom Sinclair has filed suit against?
TubeSockTedD, mzmolly and OWNINGLIARS, names which reminds us of Muppets from Sesame Street.
The lawsuit also includes more "details" about the supposed encounter between Sinclair and Obama.
“On the evening of November 6, 1999, Plaintiff’s limousine driver telephoned then-Illinois State Senator Barrack Obama to set up a introduction of Plaintiff to Mr. Obama,” according to the lawsuit. “Later that evening at a bar which Plaintiff believes was called Alibis, Plaintiff met Mr. Obama. Mr. Obama offered to purchasing cocaine for Plaintiff. Mr. Obama made a telephone call from his cellphone to a presently unknown individual during which Mr. Obama arranged the cocaine purchase.
“Mr. Obama and Plaintiff then departed the bar in Plaintiff’s limousine and proceeded to an unknown location where Mr. Obama exited the limousine with two hundred fifty dollars ($250) tendered by Plaintiff and returned a short while later with an ‘eightball’ of cocaine and gave it to Plaintiff,” the suit continues. “Plaintiff and Mr. Obama then ingested cocaine.”
The original story by Sinclair on his Youtube video released at the end of January was vague on details. A third "character", the limo driver, has now emerged in Larry's Fairytale, of Larry in 1999 in his rented limo, garnering an introduction to then State Representative Obama by way of his driver.
According to Larry, after he and Obama, a State Representative meet, he gives Obama money for illegal drugs who then procures an "eightball" of cocaine for the two of them to "ingest".
We're then supposed to believe that the evening progressed with a quickie blowjob, then a later "date" at a Choice Hotel in Gurnee, Illinois between Senator Obama and Larry Sinclair.
Larry's Lawsuits
Sinclair's first lawsuit was filed Feb. 11, at the United States District Court, District of Minnesota against Senator Obama, David Axelrod, and the DNC. The very first line of Sinclair's lawsuit states:
This action is pursuant to 42 U.S.C. 1981, 18 U.S.C. 241 and the First Amendment of the United States Constitutions right to the Freedom of Speech.
How ironic that Larry's second lawsuit also involves the First Amendment and Free Speech with Larry suing three anonymous posters at Democratic Underground for comments they posted on an open forum about Larry, for which Larry now claims defamation of character.
Larry wants protection under the First Amendment for his right to Freedom of Speech but not the same protections for the three posters who just happened to voice their opinions about Larry Sinclair.
One wonders if Mr. Sinclair will continue to file lawsuits against every blogger, poster, or persons who believes Sinclair is lying about his encounter with Senator Obama.
Sinclair has set up paypal on his site for "donations" in fighting his "legal" battles. Sinclair has also stated that he will not be turning over any "evidence", that it will be in the "courts" where his allegations against Obama will finally be "proven" true.
Since lawsuits can take years to see the light of day in a courtroom this resolves Sinclair's responsibility to prove his allegations against Senator Obama. In the interim, Sinclair continues to solicit "legal" funds in order to sue those who express their opinion of Sinclair's character and/or veracity. A veritable perpetual motion machine of lawsuits and donations as the wheels of justice slowly grind while allowing Sinclair to string along his allegations and not provide solid proof.
There's Something About Larry ~
It's been since the end of January that Sinclair went public with his sordid allegations against Senator Obama yet Sinclair has failed to come forth with any concrete evidence nor witnesses, not even the mysterious limo driver.
Sinclair maintains he has been an open book in regards to his life yet he has failed to divulge his past. The tabloid the Globe has reported two separate stories that Sinclair's past includes stays in various state prisons, credit fraud abuse, drug and human smuggling, and various other sundries yet Sinclair has not threatened to sue nor called for a retraction.
Anyone can sue for anything these days, the act of filing a lawsuit does not guarantee success, judges find some lawsuits groundless or frivolous the filer can be held responsible for all attorneys fees. But we digress. Those who file multiple lawsuits, this is Larry's second suit in a little over a month, can result in a reputation as being "sue" happy or one who uses lawsuits as a form of intimidation, of attempting to muzzling one's detractors.
Free Speech under the First Amendment not only applies to Larry Sinclair but to his detractors too.
The blogosphere was a abuzz when Obama Accuser, Larry Sinclair's Youtube, with its sordid accusations hit cyberspace.
"Earnest" Larry, with his scruffy face, baseball hat, and "Leave It Gay Beaver look" told a chilling tale, of meeting then Illinois State Representative Barack Obama back in 1999 at an "upscale" lounge, the two partaking in illicit sex and illegal drugs in the back of Larry's "rented limo." Larry goes on to allege that on another night he and Senator Obama adjourned to a Choice Hotel in Gurnee, Illinois. How chic.
Larry challenged Senator Obama to take a polygraph, as he, Larry was about to do.
There was a certain disconnect between the Larry on the video and the details. One watching and listening to Larry found him, for the lack of a better word, "uncouth."
It was hard to imagine this person "operating" in any "upscale" lounge or in a "rented" limo. The motel, a mid-class Choice International, and a rented limo, does not make for a "classy upscale" evening, especially if you added Larry to the mix.
But some of us wondered, what if Larry were telling the truth, what if he really did happen to meet up with Obama. We thought to ourselves, sometimes even the lowest of the low tell the truth about some things.
Larry accepted Whitehouse.com's offer which turned into a fiasco, at least for Whitehouse. Larry attacked the polygraph experts' credentials and said he was going to find his own expert. Parisi stopped payment on a $20,000 check he'd issued to Sinclair, but let two other checks, the total amount of $10,000, stand. Sinclair threatened to sue, threatened to go to the cops, threatened to put Parisi in prison.
In the midst of all of Larry's claims, counterclaims, threats to sue or call in the cops , what Larry failed to do, was offer any substantial proof that Senator Obama was anywhere near the scene, not back in November of 1999, nor at any other time.
Larry put out a copy of letter from Choice Hotels International which showed someone stayed a Choice Hotel in Gurnee, Illinois, back in November 1999. Larry also claims he has a copy of the credit car bill from a bar at the same time. That's it, that's "Larry's proof".
Those who felt that they should give Sinclair a chance to prove his story have grown weary and cynical. One blogger summed up quite eloquently in a great post, the sorrows of believing someone like Larry Sinclair, that Sinclair, did indeed, lead us ALL down the garden path to Hell.

Evidence Means A Lot
The wheels have begun to come off of Larry Sinclair's claims that he shared nights of sordid sex and illicit drugs back in 1999 with the then State Representative Barack Obama. Sinclair has now offered "evidence" which he claims back up his allegations.
All references to Sinclair have disappeared from Whitehouse.com, the blog that offered the Duluth, Minnesota man the sum of $10,000 to take a polygraph and $100,000 if he passed, plus the results of the two subsequent polygraphs given to Sinclair via Whitehouse.com's polygraph expert.

Sinclair had posted a video on Youtube back at the end of January.
DBKP first wrote about Sinclair's video and his story of allegedly "hooking up" with the then State Representative Barack Obama in November of 1999:
Sinclair claims that "after having a few drinks, "Obama and I left in my limo, we began to drink, Mr. Obama acquired powdered cocaine for my use, crack cocaine for his use. I performed sex on Senator Obama , who at the time was a state representative for the state of Illinois. Mr. Obama knows these allegations to be true. I'm challenging Mr. Obama to come forth, be honest, stop claiming that his drug use is limited to his teenage years."
Sinclair goes on to directly address Obama:
"In 1999 you weren't a teenager. In 1999 you were a state representative for the people of the state of Illinois. In 1999, I performed oral sex on you in the back of my limo as well as in my hotel room in Gurnee, Illinois, two days later. If you challenge this, the authenticity of this allegation, I challenge you to take a polygraph test as I will submit to as well."
Sinclair goes on to claim the allegations are true:
"These allegations are true and need to told to the public. Let the public decide whether Mr. Obama is being forthright and honest."
On the blog, Big Head DC, Sinclair has produced a receipt which purportedly shows he stayed at a Comfort Inn during the dates of the "alleged" encounter with Obama. The receipt wasn't produced until well after Sinclair's video debuted on Youtube. It looks legit but does nothing to substantiate that Senator Obama was anywhere in the vicinity.
On January 23rd, DBKP wrote about what the tabloid, The Globe, had dug up about the Sinclair-Obama alleged scandal:
The Globe put out a story, "Obama Sex Scandal" in its latest edition. We'd put up a link but we're too cheap to spend the money for an online subscription and so quotes will have to suffice.
According to the details printed in the Globe of Sinclair's past, these "facts" could call into question the veracity of his claims.
According to the Globe Sinclair is a 46-year-old ex-con whose "spent time in prison in Florida, Arizona and Colorado on credit card fraud and other charges."
The Globe claims Sinclair was a coke and pot drug trafficker and also a "coyote," a person who "moved" people from Mexico to the United States. For a price.
Not only does the Globe claim Sinclair is an ex-con, coyote, dope trafficker, but that Sinclair has now been diagnosed with a "brain tumor" and "given only a little more than a year to live."
Since this story Sinclair has done nothing to refute the claims of the Globe. He has maintained that his "health" has been a separate issue.
More details emerged from the Globe story about the alleged incident back in 1999 between Sinclair and Obama:
The Globe has also expanded Sinclair's "story" about the night he "met" Obama at a lounge in Chicago. According the Globe, just after meeting the Senator at the lounge Sinclair told Obama he could "use a line (of cocaine) to wake up." Sinclair says Obama "made a phone call and said he could get it for me."
Sinclair says he gave Obama $250 which Obama allegedly used to buy crack and powder cocaine. In his Youtube video, Sinclair claims he and Obama also spent a gay ole time at a motel in Gurnee, Illinois.
Sinclair's Federal Lawsuit against Obama
The Blog, BigHeadDC, has the details of Larry's lawsuit.

Rumors were rampant that Sinclair's lawsuit had been dismissed. DBKP did some searching was unable to verify it.
Sinclair submitted to two polygraphs over at Whitehouse.com. On 2-24-08, Whitehouse.com reported that Sinclair's two tests showed "deceptions."
Dr. Ed Gelb, Former President of the American Polygraph Association was the Polygraph expert selected by Whitehouse.com. He has done over 30,000 polygraph examinations over his long career. There were two polygraph tests administered by Dr. Gelb on Friday. the first polygraph asked Mr. Sinclair on his sex claims. The second polygraph test asked Mr. Sinclair on the drug use claims. There was deception indicated in both tests.
Controversy Surrounding Whitehouse.com, polygraphs and its experts
Whitehouse.com reported that the two polygraphs administered to Sinclair by Dr. Larry Gelb showed "deceptions." Whitehouse.com then reported they would release both videos of Sinclair taking the test as well as the results. So far neither the tests nor the results have been published by Whitehouse.com and all references to Larry Sinclair scrubbed from their site.
The limo and bar charges are on Visa card issued by Associates National Bank of Wilmington, Delaware (which was bought out by CitiBank in 2000) monthly statement closing date of November 15, 1999. Card number 4621-2001-3393-5533. Which Citi Group has been contacted and is researching for those statements. DBKP found a line of comments posted by Sinclair during this period in the comment section of his Youtube Video. These comments were posted right after Whitehouse.com reported that Sinclair had taken the two polygraphs but just before the "deceptions" were announced. This was the period of time when the Globe piece alleging Sinclair had spent time in prison for credit card fraud, admitted to drug and human smuggling from Mexico and a "brain tumor" which meant Sinclair has less than a year to live.
In this line of comments taken from the Sinclair's video site, Sinclair seems to be hitting up the other posters for cash:

At this point the only evidence presented by Sinclair is a copy showing he stayed at a Choice Hotel in Gurnee, Illinois on the dates he claims he "met" Obama for sordid sex and drugs and a copy of the limo and bar charges.
There are no witnesses or evidence placing Senator Obama at the bar, in the limo, or at the hotel.
Whitehouse.com has purged all evidence of their involvement with Sinclair from their website.
Sinclair claims he has both a Masters degree and a degree in law.
The address on the lawsuit filed by Sinclair is for an assisted living center in Duluth.
Sinclair has not supplied any background info on what any of his former occupations were, where he lived, or any criminal records.
At this juncture, the allegations made against Senator Obama are still allegations. There has been no proof supplied which ties Senator Obama to the scene. Sinclair is embroiled in accusations countered against Whitehouse.com, claiming they supplied a polygraph expert who lied about his credentials and that the owner of Whitehouse.com, reneged on paying Sinclair the monies owed to him for taking the test.
If Mr. Sinclair can supply copies of bar receipts and hotel stays from back in 1999 then he should also be able to provide information about his own past: prior convictions, brain tumors, any other allegations made against individuals.
If Sinclair had passed the polygraphs he still would face other hurdles which one should have to overcome when making the kinds of allegations Sinclair has made against Senator Obama. This is more than just he said-he said, this a man claiming a Senator running for President lied about his prior drug use and had gay sex with Mr. Sinclair. Therefore the onus is on Sinclair. Sinclair has to back his claims with cold, hard evidence.
Hitting up youtubers for cash with claims of "doubling" their "contributions" hurt Sinclair's already flimsy credibility. He claims he has both a masters and a law degree. Again, if he can find a 1999 bar receipt he can find paperwork which verifies the degrees. He can also fill in the large gaps about his own background, where he's lived and where he's held jobs and what his current situation is, especially if he does, indeed, have a brain tumor with less than a year to live. Just when we thought this story had come to its final conclusion, there's a new development in the Larry Sinclair-Barack Obama saga, charges that the polygraph expert's credentials may be "less than sterling", accusations made of promises broken.
Larry Sinclair has taken issue with the credibility and credentials of the polygraph expert hired by Whitehouse.com. Sinclair has also taken issue with certain aspects surrounding Whitehouse's lack of communication on certain aspects of the agreement between Sinclair and the owner of the blog, Dan Parisi.

Whitehouse.com is reporting that the results of two polygraph tests administered to Larry Sinclair, the man who is accusing Senator Barack Obama of illicit sex and drug use back in 1999, showed "deceptions." Whitehouse has posted that they have received a handwritten report from the polygraph expert, Dr. Ed Gelb, but are waiting on a "typed" report to post to the blog.
Whitehouse reported that Gelb administered two polygraphs and that Sinclair was given a drug test beforehand, which Sinclair passed. Gelb purportedly focused the first test on Sinclair's claims that he and Obama did cocaine back in 1999 after meeting at an "upscale" lounge then partying in Mr. Sinclair's rented limo. The second test focused on the allegations of sex between Mr. Sinclair and Senator Obama.
Whitehouse has reported that, according to Mr. Gelb, both tests showed "deceptions" by Mr. Sinclair.
Mr. Sinclair has posted a statement on his site that he had requested a copy of the report from Whitehouse but so far has not received one as promised. Mr. Sinclair has also posted information which purportedly shows that the polygraph expert, Gelb, may not be the "Phd" he claims to be.

Scheffer, where he is listed as "Ed Gelb, Ph.D." No, the "LaSalle University" that awarded Gelb his "doctorate" turns out to be a defunct, unaccredited diploma mill in Mandeville, Louisiana that was owned and operated by one Thomas James Kirk, A.K.A. Thomas McPherson. I***996, LaSalle was raided by the FBI, and i***997 Kirk pled guilty to federal fraud charges. (For more on the bogus LaSalle University, Mr. Edward I. Gelb is no Ph.D., and he should stop masquerading as such.
Mr. Sinclair claims that he was not allowed to meet with Gelb before the polygraph was administered nor has he been given the name of the "second" expert Whitehouse.com will be relying on for another opinion. Sinclair claims this was a breach of the agreement between Sinclair and Whitehouse and also calls into question the veracity of the two polygraphs due to the "background" of the expert, Dr. Gelb.
It needs to be made perfectly clear that I have from the very beginning demand all of this be done openly and with credible, unbiased, and apolitical individuals. These facts about Dr. Gelb make it hard for me to believe that Mr. Parisi can claim this person is unbiased and credible when he has misrepresented himself before the highest court in this Country.
Mr. Parisi’s claims that I approved both experts is untrue because I was never given this person whole name or any contact information on him/her. I was simply told Gordo something in Salt Lake City.
Whitehouse.com writes that it will be posting Gelb's full report as well as the one from the "second" expert. They also plan to post the video taken of the two polygraphs. Whitehouse reports that according to Gelb, both tests showed "deception."
It remains to be seen in what area the "deceptions" occurred and to what degree.
The man who recently made allegations that Senator Barack Obama met him back in 1999 for sex n drugs in the back of limo has failed not one, but two polygraphs.
The site, Whitehouse.com, had offered Sinclair the sum of $10,000 to take a polygraph plus another check for $100,000 if he passed. To prove they were not bi-partisan the site also offered the woman at the center of the McCain lobbyist mini-scandal, Vicki Iseman, the same offer.
Whitehouse.com used the services of highly respected polygraph expert, Dr. Ed Gelb. Sinclair passed a drug test before taking the tests, both administered on Friday. On the first test, questions were administered about Sinclair's claims that he and Obama had sex. The second test focused on Sinclair's claims that he and Obama did drugs. Dr.Gelb found "deception was indicated" in both tests. Absent any other developments this is the end of the road for Larry Sinclair.
As DBKP reported in its story yesterday, the supermarket tabloid, The Globe, had found additional information on Sinclair's background. According the Globe, the 46-year-old ex-con Sinclair had spent time in prison for credit card fraud, had admitted being a dope smuggler and a "coyote", a person who smuggles people into the country, for a price.
The Globe also disclosed that Mr. Sinclair is purportedly suffering from a "brain tumor" and that he has less than a year to live.
In light of the fact that the polygraph expert concluded Mr. Sinclair showed deceptions in both tests, we'd like to know what Sinclair's motives were in accusing Senator Obama of gay sex and illegal drug use.
The question remains, why did Larry Sinclair pick Senator Obama to smear?
Does Sinclair really have "less than a year to live?"
Perhaps Mr. Sinclair could submit to another polygraph, one that would reveal Sinclair's motive?
Was it for 15 minutes of "infamy"?" Was it for the money? Or was it for something else?
Whitehouse.com will be releasing more details on the polygraphs. Kudos to the site for their attempts to track down the truth.

While the New York Times continues to falter and sink...
We're not the only ones with a sharp eye. Yesterday a video was posted on Youtube by someone who believes they heard Bill O'Reilly and Tony Snow on The O'Reilly Factor allude to the still unsubstantiated scandal of illegal drugs and gay sex surrounding Senator Barack Obama.
O'Reilly and Snow were discussing the story put out by the New York Times which alluded to an affair between the top Republican candidate for President, Senator John McCain, and one cute blond lobbyist, Vicki Iseman.
Excerpts from the show's transcripts:
SNOW: But it seems that Bill Keller, the executive editor, thought this was a sloppy piece of work and kept resisting it. There was a lot of pressure out of the Washington bureau. "Hey, we've got something saucy, boss." And whether Bill Keller, for whatever reason, knuckled under and figured that this is the way to sort of get along, I don't know.
But having been in journalism for nearly 30 years, I've got to tell you, no editor is going to look at something like that and say that it measures up, because it doesn't. It doesn't even measure up in terms of gossip.
Reporting more on the level of the gossip rag, the National Enquirer, the Times piece on McCain was indeed, sloppy, and guilty of printing a story full of unsubstantiated gossip and innuendo, the foundation of the story built on the quicksand of "unnamed" sources.
O'REILLY: Well, here's the real tragedy, and this is an American tragedy, because this is stuff that's been going on for far too long. There isn't an accusation that McCain broke any law. There isn't an accusation that he actually had an affair with a woman. They don't say he did. Both parties deny that. OK?
All they do in The New York Times article is insinuate, is suggest, based on no hard evidence.
Snow and O'Reilly go on to discuss the pattern of journalistic misbehavior by the once venerable New York Times and other organizations whose readership is in decline:
SNOW: Look, I also think that there is a problem right now in journalism. Everybody's trying to get on air as rapidly as possible with something as sensational as possible. This is why we get all of these Britney Spears stories.
But the fact is that this is a presidential campaign. People are sick of this stuff. They're sick of the kind of cannibalism that goes on in Washington. They're sick of sloppy smears. What they like is somebody who's actually talking about stuff.
O'REILLY: See, I disagree with you there.
SNOW: No.
O'REILLY: There has been a longstanding rumor, and you know it, about a Democratic, powerful Democratic person in this country, longstanding, been around, people have looked at it, never reported by anyone, never mentioned by anyone. Easily done in the same way The New York Times did it. I could do it. I could do it. I could do it tomorrow, anonymous sources told me this individual in America, again, a prominent Democrat... Is O'Reilly alluding to the Obama story swirling around the blogs, of a gay man who is accusing the squeaky clean Senator of two incidents of illegal drug use and oral sex? The story no one in the MSM dare not investigate nor dare not speak of?
While the MSM turns its collective noses up at verifying whether the Obama story is true the Times made the decision to print the hit piece on McCain. This isn't the first nor will it be the last time people will be outraged over the shenanigans over at the Times. Howls of protest they're used to, but not a steady decline in readership and advertising, the cash cow that keeps them going.
We agree with Snow and O'Reilly. The Times has failed Journalism's most basic tenets, reliable sources, facts back by hard evidence. In other words, after all these years of leaning hard to the Left, the Times finally fell into the realm of "slacker" journalism, or even lower, a "rag" mag.
But there's that other story sitting in the background, on another candidate running for President, a very popular Democrat candidate. The story concerns alleged illegal drug use and gay sex, also "unsubstantiated" and no "hard evidence" other than the man who claims he was a participant back in 1999.
The story hidden within the story is why the Times went with the "hit" piece on McCain and continues to ignore the story on the Democrat front-runner, Barack Obama.
We've attempted to get an interview from Larry Sinclair, the man at the center of the drug and sex allegations aimed at Obama.
We're not sure what's going on over at the Times, if reality has been supplanted by a Liberal Ship of Fools intent upon steering the course of American politics, while their ship founders and slowly sinks into the Journalistic Sargasso Sea.
